We are looking for a talented **Lead JavaScript Developer** with a specialization in **React**to join our new team in the Consumer Packaged Goods domain. This role will involve leading the initial product validation phase and transitioning into MVP development and beyond in a dynamic and innovative environment.
The role goes beyond technical expertise, requiring a lead who values communication and can nurture and drive a team toward achieving innovative solutions in a new product landscape.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of 3 to 4 front-end developers
- Conduct comprehensive technology research, analyze findings, and deliver optimized solutions tailored for the project
- Assume the role of front-end architect, providing technical leadership, direction, and project estimations
- Facilitate seamless collaboration within a large team of 10 to 15 cross-disciplinary experts
- Drive the integration of new solutions with legacy systems
- Analyze existing solutions and, in partnership with the Solution Architect and Business Analyst, map out and estimate migration strategies
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a significant focus on front-end technologies
- Extensive experience and proven leadership in JavaScript and React development (1+ years)
- Proven communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on efficiency and optimization
- A strong foundation in system integration challenges and resolutions
