**What you will do**
- Design and implement **complex backend features** using **Node.js** and **TypeScript**;
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions;
- Write **clean, efficient, and well-documented code** following best practices;
- Conduct **code reviews**, mentor junior engineers, and **troubleshoot technical issues**;
- **Communicate frequently and effectively** with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration.
**Must haves**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Science** or a related field;
- **5+ years** of experience as a backend software engineer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software;




- Strong **Node.js** experience, with proficiency in **TypeORM** and **TypeScript** (NestJS experience is also considered valuable);
- Knowledge about Git for version control and **GitHub Actions** for CI/CD workflows;
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in an environment with high levels of uncertainty;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
**Nice to haves**
- Knowledge of **Terraform** for infrastructure-as-code to manage scalable cloud resources;
- Familiarity with **cloud computing platforms**, particularly **Azure**.
