The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative functions. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in HR processes and practices while assisting the team with daily HR operations.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have completed all necessary paperwork
- Update and organize employee files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date in the HR database
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and communications
- Provide support in day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries
- Research and gather information on HR trends and best practices to support the development of HR policies and programs
- Help organize training sessions and gather feedback from participants
- Compile and analyze data for HR reports on metrics such as turnover, attendance, and employee satisfaction
**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and management
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data and performing administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to learn and take initiative, demonstrating a proactive approach to responsibilities and problem solving
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or databases is a plus
**Working Conditions**

- Sit/stand while performing sedentary work
