**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and drive traffic to our clients' websites. You will leverage your expertise in keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance analysis to develop strategies that achieve client objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Write compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Analyze and report on key metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in Google Ads.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging landing pages and ads.
- Manage budgets effectively,

**Qualifications**:
