**COST MANAGER**
- For industry building_
- Job zone: San Luis Potosí_
**Activities**:
- Tracking of total cost of the project and tracking of cost per bid package, per cost center and per General Contractor,
- Tracking of Cost Schedule and validation on-site per General Contractor and/or Work Package
- Update database on unit prices for reference costs, materials and concept descriptions,
- Deviation notices that may be submitted by the General Contractor,
- Develop estimation for change requests
- Develop cost reduction and value engineering proposals in liaison with cost tracking in order to ensure Project target cost,
**Profile**:
- Bachelor degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering,




- At least 3 years in industry building projects,
- Fluent English (Must to have),
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project,
