Stay In The Game is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our growing team! Stay In the Game is a progressive Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) enterprise dedicated to empowering women and caregivers to achieve a harmonious equilibrium between their professional ambitions and caregiving duties.
**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Develop high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each social media platform.
**Social Media Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with company goals, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and lead generation.
**Ad Campaigns**: Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ad creativity.
**Stay Current**: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all social media content is in line with the brand's voice, values, and guidelines.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
**Social Listening**: Monitor conversations about our brand and industry trends to identify engagement opportunities and advocacy opportunities.




**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent content creation and graphic design skills.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a strong eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and platforms in social media.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and practices to optimize content for search engines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Schedule**:
- 8 hour shift (8-5 pacific)
- Monday to Friday
Pay: $102.00 - $145.00 per hour
