_**What We’re Looking For**:_
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs using Figma to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and visual designers, to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve user satisfaction and solve complex problems.
- Advocate for user experience within the organization, ensuring end-user needs remain a priority in design decisions.
