Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the best pricing and quality.
Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, approvals, and supplier performance tracking.
Monitor market trends to anticipate supply chain risks and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with logistics and operations teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Prepare purchasing reports, budget forecasts, and cost analysis.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
Knowledge of international indirect procurement and supplier management.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
