As a** Track and Trace Representative**, **some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
- Navigate load boards to prioritize shipments based on urgency and customer expectations.
- Conduct proactive check-calls, update event logs, and ensure real-time load tracking.
- Enable drivers on Truckertools and follow up with carriers on OTD performance or tracking issues.
- Maintain strong communication with carriers to prevent delays and ensure service commitments.
- Document knowledge and solutions in the form of technical notes and knowledge base articles.




- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

**Minimum requirements**:
- **Studies**: High School Degree is **required**. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, or administrative related. Other studies are also considered.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2 or higher is preferred.

- **Schedule**: Tuesday - Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm., following the American calendar.
- **Contract**:Special emerging contract (After the second year, the contract will be renewed to an Indefinite term contract) + Benefits.
- **Location**:Remote Mexico.
- **Salary: 21.117 MXN** per month.
