Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline
Minimum 5 YOE and 3 relevant
Must Have:
At least 8 years of experience in IBM AIX & Linux
At least 6 years of experience in Administration of IBM VIOs, PowerHA
At least 4 years of experience in managing system compliance by patching and system upgrades.
Nice to have
Experience in handling server build and decommissioning, pacemaker, and Veritas clusters.
Experience in performance tuning, capacity planning, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Experience in automation of redundant tasks with shell scripting and/or ansible or like tools.
At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes




At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
Analytical and Communication skills

Experience with project management
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
