General Functions:
- Collaboration as Finance Business Partner with other local Managers, TRUMPF Inc. (TUS) CFO andHeadquarter Finance departments.
- Leading all the Finance & Compliance departments according to TRUMPF values and culture.
- Company Compliance Coordinator: acting as a role model and ensuring local Compliance, guiding and training other departmens and supporting them in correctly assessing business situations,



regular reporting to TUS CFO and the central Compliance team.
- Accounting & Controlling: Issuance of Financial Statements & financial Dashboards (local & Group Reporting)
- Accounts Receivables: Invoicing and Collection process, support of the TRUMPF Financing program(TCHF & TUS) with collection, preparing dashboards and legalize contracts.
- Treasury: regular payment process intercompany & local vendors within payment terms, Cash Flow Forecasting, management of all bank accounts including foreign currency accounts & demands
- Customs Compliance & Logistics: management of customs processes internally or by working with external service providers.
- Tax: management of tax compliance including transfer pricing, coordinate and manage external tax consultants and service providers
