**Join Netevia as a POS Representative!**
Netevia, an innovative leader in payment solutions, is seeking a dynamic **POS Representative** to join our team. You will be the key person in ensuring smooth POS system integrations, providing both technical support and sales assistance, as well as offering ongoing system improvements.
This position combines **technical expertise**, **client relations**, and **sales support** to ensure that Netevia clients and partners receive seamless onboarding, configuration, and continuous support.
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:
- **Onboarding & Setup**: Create client accounts, configure items, setup hardware, integrate payment settings, and assist clients with generating reports and using POS functions effectively.
- **Technical Support**:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for clients, both remotely and on-site.
Provide technical assistance for POS hardware setup, software configuration, UI-related troubleshooting, and feature optimization.
Resolve bugs and usability issues, escalating complex problems to the development team when necessary.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to address recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance the product’s usability and performance.
Offer continuous feedback to improve product performance based on user feedback and system monitoring.
- **Client & Partner Engagement**:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service from initial contact through system integration and ongoing support.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in identifying client needs, cross-selling or upselling additional features, and preparing technical information to close deals.
- **Manual Testing & Troubleshooting**: Collaborate with the development team during testing phases, finding and reporting UI/UX issues, bugs,



and suggesting improvements.
- **Tutorial Creation**: Develop user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs for clients and partners to improve their understanding and use of the system.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of POS systems.
- Familiarity with Windows and Android operating systems and the ability to quickly troubleshoot and configure software and hardware.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required; the ability to assist clients through both technical and sales-oriented discussions is key.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for supporting our international client base.
- Experience in retail as a cashier or manager is an advantage, as you’ll be working with clients from various retail industries.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to prepare product demos, reports, and manage client accounts.
- Knowledge of inventory management and business accounting software is a plus.
