- Listen to voice recordings to identify fluent English speaking applicants
- Invite applicants to interviews
- Host interviews and identify the top talent to place with our clients
- High attention to detail is required in this job

**Qualifications**:
- 1+ Years **Experience as a Recruiter or Hiring Manager**:
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
- Energetic & upbeat
- Team Player
- Willing to listen to feedback & improve
- Salary: Depends on your experience, but around $1000-$1400
