**What You'll Do**
- Run system and user training sessions
- Support global teams with asset management, tagging,



and quality checks
- Troubleshoot, raise tickets, and help resolve technical issues
- Assist in creating reports and sharing platform usage insights
**What We’re Looking For**
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A passion for media and technology
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and problem-solve with a creative mindset
**What You'll Need**
- 1-2 years of experience in media, digital asset management, or related fields (preferred but not required)
- Experience with digital asset management or tech systems like CMS, PIM, or CRM (preferred but not required)
