Provide leadership and support for the LATAM planning organization.
As a Subject Matter Expert, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Support Supply, Demand and Production planners in global standard processes
- Deliver training on the various systems used
- Help develop regional Super User Skill Sets.
- Participate in SME and Super User Collaboration sessions, communicating learnings from end users and taking learnings from these sessions back to end users
- Lead planning optimization projects
- Point of contact for users on how to resolve issues that arise in the systems
Y**our Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
- Seven (5) years of planning experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish/Portuguese
- Direct experience in Demand, Supply and/or Production Planning
- A Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, production operations management, materials management
- APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society)

- Green Belt/Black Belt or Process Improvement Project experience
- Experience in a Healthcare or regulated Business.
- Experience in ERP systems Deployment Preparations & stabilization
- Applies broad knowledge and extensive experience in supply chain strategies and processes such as order management, demand management, six sigma and project management.
- Experience with communicating and working with teams spanning multiple countries
- Demonstrates ability to successfully implement change in the workforce.
- Able to articulate & communicate clearly (written and oral), comfortable engaging users at various levels to learn and understand.
Travel: May include up to 20% domestic and international travel
