**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervise daily production** on CNC machining lines and automated processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
**Lead and motivate production teams**, assigning tasks, resolving issues, and ensuring a safe work environment.
**Monitor KPIs**, analyze production data, and implement strategies to improve cycle times and reduce waste.
**Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO quality standards**,



supporting audits and corrective actions.
**Collaborate with maintenance teams** to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, reducing downtime.
**Use English daily**, communicating with international teams and reporting production updates.
**What You Need to Succeed**:
✔ **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields**.
✔ **Experience**:
- ** 3+ years** in production supervision within **automotive, metalworking, or manufacturing industries**.
- Experience in **machining, CNC processes, and robotic automation (FANUC preferred)**.
✔ **Technical Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen**.
- Experience with **ERP/MRP systems** for production planning and reporting.
- Understanding of **IATF 16949 and ISO quality standards** in automotive manufacturing.
- Ability to analyze and optimize **KPIs, cycle times, and production efficiency**.
