We are looking for an experienced **Technical Strategy Consultant**, also known as a Solution Architect II, who will collaborate intimately with our client's Top Management in the EST time zone.
**Responsibilities**
- Construct technical solutions, resolve conflicts, and incorporate strategic thought
- Conduct thorough assessments of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, communicative abilities, and documentation methods
- Interpret complex technical ideas into lucid presentations and documents for varied audiences, including product teams, business contacts, and senior leaders
- Produce documents detailing different options, their benefits, and associated risks, ensuring clarity and actionability
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software development
- Solid experience in technology architecture or chief engineering position
- delivery of tailored presentations to diverse audiences
- Java, Kubernetes, and microservices architectural style proficiency
- Reactive programming skills and effective presentation skills
- Team, program, or leadership roles managing background
- Cloud-native technologies and solutions familiarity
- System architecture knowledge
- Microservices design and implementation expertise
- API design and integration understanding
- Working flexibility in the EST time zone and close partnership with senior executives
