**Job Title: Virtual Sales Assistant for Mountain Movers**
**Location: Remote (Mexico-based)**
**Compensation: $5-7 USD per hour + $10-20 USD commission per booked job**
**Hours: Part-time (overflow sales), with potential for additional hours based on performance and administrative task capability**

Mountain Movers is the premier moving company in Austin, TX, known for exceptional service and customer satisfaction. We’re expanding our team with a motivated Virtual Sales Assistant to help drive our growth.
We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and organized Virtual Sales Assistant based in Mexico to support our sales team. Your primary role will be handling overflow sales inquiries, converting leads into booked moving jobs, and providing excellent customer service. For each job you successfully book, you’ll earn a commission of $10-20 USD on top of your hourly rate of $5-7 USD.
If you excel in sales and demonstrate strong organizational skills, there’s an opportunity to take on additional administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling, customer follow-ups, data entry) for more hours and growth within the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Pitch Mountain Movers’ services to potential customers and close bookings.**
- Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- **Maintain accurate records of sales interactions.**:
- (Optional) Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling moves or updating client information.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with American clients.
- **Strong sales or customer service experience preferred.**
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls.
- **Friendly, persuasive, and professional demeanor.**:
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- **Bonus: Experience with administrative tasks or CRM software (e.g., Google Sheets, HubSpot).**
