We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Recruiter for a staffing company in the United States, this person must have an excelling English level and outstanding organization skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs through different channels.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial engineer, Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Advanced English level both written and spoken.
- At least two years of proven experience in a recruitment roll.
- Experience recruiting staff for manufacturing and blue collar positions, such as CNC machine operators and injection molding technicians, is a plus
What we offer:
- Gross Salary of $25,000 to $30,000 pesos a month.
