We are looking for a fully remote contractor to support daily operations and customer service efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Daily
- Respond to customer reviews and messages online (Yelp, Google)
- Accept and set up catering orders including: scheduling deliveries for catering orders, create labels for customer orders, coordinating special requests
- Coordinate catering delivery issues between kitchens and catering drivers/platforms
- Check stores throughout the day to confirm availability and correct pauses
- Frequent
- Assist with operational tasks to ensure smooth operations including: weekly team check-ins, store data tracking, updating ingredient sourcing, health and safety protocol checks
- Support hiring and termination processes of team members
- Update SOPs as new processes are implemented

- Update business hours for platforms for holidays and special occasions
- Coordinate with partners for urgent outage or account issues (e.g., DoorDash, UberEats)
- Check technology connections on main order hub to ensure stability
- Regular, periodic checks of menus, prices, hours, account descriptions on all platforms
- Schedule & coordinate repairs or maintenance for kitchen equipment

- Various research projects for improved operations and growth
**Requirements**:
- Must be a contractor with access to reliable, fast internet
- Extremely detail oriented
- Fluent written and spoken English
- (preferred) fluent written and spoken Spanish
- Composure to remain calm under pressure
- Independent critical thinking and problem solving ability
- High degree of personal integrity and accountability
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $102.00 - $122.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45.5 per week
