**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Design, implement, and manage AWS IAM policies, roles, and permissions.
- Maintain and optimize AWS SFTP/Transfer Family configurations for secure data transfer.
- Administer and support LDAP services for authentication and authorization.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to streamline IAM processes.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce access control policies and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest IAM trends and best practices.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of AWS IAM and access control mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience with AWS SFTP/Transfer Family.
- Proficiency in LDAP configuration and administration.
- Experience in Python scripting for automation and integration tasks.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
**Role-specific Requirements**:
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security - Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)

- Experience with identity federation, SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools is beneficial.
