**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and business goals.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and providing regular project updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, automation engineers, electricians, and fabricators, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage risks, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing automation systems at customer sites.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimize future project execution.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing, industrial automation, or machine design industries.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, machine design,
and industrial controls.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and automation system layouts.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to unexpected challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to coordinate between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or PMP certification is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience managing projects involving Allen-Bradley PLCs, SolidWorks machine design, and robotic automation.
- Background in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial automation.
- Strong technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, and software integration in automated systems.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
