**Team**: 23 direct reports (Maintenance Supervisors, Technicians, and Engineers Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance activities for our forging operations. This role requires a strong technical background in machinery management and the leadership skills to effectively manage a team and present results to senior leadership in the U.S. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Manage hiring, training, and development of the maintenance team.
Ensure optimal performance of forge machinery, including headers, presses, hammers, furnaces, and shot blasters.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
Analyze and report maintenance performance metrics to U.S. leadership.

Technical expertise in forge machinery maintenance.
Strong leadership to manage a team and drive operational excellence.
Advanced English (able to present results and communicate with U.S. stakeholders.
Experience in high-volume manufacturing and maintenance operations.
