We seek a **Change Management Manager**who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
**What will help you succeed**:
- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management projects.
- Passion for transforming organizations.
- Experience in the Consulting and Automotive sectors is a significant plus!
- Have participated in cultural transformation projects involving technology.Facilitation of workshops.




- Knowledge of collaborative tools (Trello, Mural, Miro, Jamboard, Teams, etc.).Experience in similar positions supporting IT transformation processes and/or change management, or HR positions such as HRBP, Talent & Development, Learning, etc.
