- Maintaining a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained and quickly retrieved in document control.
- Timely distribution of the latest revision level documentation to all appropriate users and ensuring that obsolete Documentation is removed from distribution.
- Ensure compliance by the organization with all documents through the document change process
- Manage, maintain, and ensure compliance of training records for the plant.
- Perform clerical typing duties (file, scan, update logs, etc.)
- Provide support to the Quality Inspector Team as needed.
- Provide basic training for new employees.
Experiência y requisitos
- **English at a B1 level.**:
- ** The Southeast area of the city, available for work there.**:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred




- ** 3+ years’ experience in the Document Control area, aero, medical, or electronic.**:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
- ** Excellent computer and typing skills**:
- Must have attention to detail and be highly organized
