Responsibilities
- Drive financial governance and margin protection across Americas HP Services portfolios and customer engagements.
- Influence pricing, contract structures, and business strategies to enable sustainable and profitable growth.
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, Category, and Operations teams to identify risks, unlock opportunities, and improve financial outcomes.
- Lead complex financial assessments, business cases, and investment decisions for strategic initiatives and large customer contracts.
- Champion process simplification, automation, and best practices that enhance financial controls and operational efficiency.
- Provide thought leadership on revenue, profitability, and cost optimization strategies.




- Represent Finance in cross-functional and regional planning activities, serving as a key voice in business decision-making.
- Coach and develop finance talent while fostering strong relationships across the organization.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Typically 7-10 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Business Finance, FP&A;, Pricing, Audit, or related disciplines.
