Corporate Security is made up of a network of 110 professionals spread across the globe. We support patient safety and business performance by increasing Sanofi's resilience to diverse security threats and risks, and contribute to Sanofi's obligation to operate within the relevant legal frameworks. Our scope covers all prevention and protection activities against potential deliberate malicious acts, as well as the consequences of unintentional actions or events. Global Security recruits, develops, and retains professional talent with the knowledge, skills, and experience required to fulfill Security's mission with the appropriate level of competency, in line with international professional standards.

Job purpose
The Mexico Security & HSE Head reports to the Latam & Brazil Security Head and is based in Mexico City. His/her missions are carried out in coordination with the Latam Security Region and the global Centers of Expertise (CoE).
In his/her country, the Security Head is responsible for protecting Sanofi's employees, information, sites, patients, products and assets,



and supports the company's resilience program through the deployment of crisis and business
continuity (BCP) plans. He/she is also responsible for the health, safety and environmental (HSE) programs, ensuring compliance with Sanofi requirements and regulations in coordination with the integral Health, Safety and Environment Department.

Main responsibilities
- Assess risks, identify threats, propose mitigation measures, guide stakeholders, and provide incident response.
- Ensure the implementation of Global Security Standards through awareness, monitoring, and feedback to the Regional Security Head.
- Promote Sanofi's security culture through training and communication, and advise and support stakeholders in Mexico.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the zone.
