Objective: To provide support to the Foreign Trade department by assisting in a variety of daily tasks related to customs and international trade operations, with a particular focus on supplier documentation and certification processes.
Responsibilities:
**Requirements**:
- Current student or recent graduate in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. (debe tener Seguro facultativo)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Advanced level of English.(oral and written)
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and internet-based research tools.
**Individual Responsibilities**:
- Support daily operations, with an emphasis on certification-related activities.




- Conduct monthly audits of the company supplier fiscal documentation and submit corresponding reports to relevant government web portals.
- Prepare documentation and reports to ensure compliance with certification standards.
- Coordinate, assess, classify, and monitor the collection of equipment and tools, particularly in transactions involving third-country jurisdictions.
- Assist in the preparation for internal (PwC) and external (Government of Mexico) audits.

- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure compliance with customs regulations, certification requirements, and internal policies.
