This role plays a critical role in expanding our network of mental health practitioners. This position requires a strategic and results-driven approach to talent acquisition, ensuring that both personal and team hiring targets are met. You will need to manage your own hiring pipeline while providing day-to-day guidance, troubleshooting and coordination support to a small group of recruiters under your supervision. A core part of this role includes leading hiring efforts for complex and high-priority roles through hands-on sourcing, screening, and closing efforts. In addition, you will track your team’s progress, share best practices, and support operational alignment to ensure overall hiring success. You will also contribute to optimising recruitment operations and processes, including collaborating with leadership to refine and drive hiring strategies in line with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Team Supervision & Oversight**- Supervise and support a small group of recruiters, ensuring alignment with hiring goals, daily workflows and established operational standards
- Provide day-to-day guidance to promote consistent, high-quality recruitment practices and uphold excellence across all hiring pipelines
- Monitor hiring targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate individual and team performance, ensuring recruitment outcomes are in line with business objectives
- Regularly review recruiter performance, deliver constructive feedback, and assist with performance improvement efforts to ensure hiring goals are met
- Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) in response to performance deviations such as non-compliance, delayed follow-ups, or process inefficiencies, and collaborate with recruiters to develop clear,



actionable improvement plans
- **Full Cycle Recruitment & Market Research**- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your assigned roles and support supervised recruiters in delivering timely, high-quality hires that meet business needs and service standards
- Develop and execute hiring strategies grounded in market insights, recruiter capacity, and evolving business needs to ensure timely and scalable talent acquisition
- **Process Management & Reporting**- Oversee and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data capture and a smooth, organized hiring process
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to identify performance trends, surface bottlenecks, and recommend actionable improvements to leadership
- Continuously refine recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and feedback loops, to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency across the hiring funnel
- **Quality Assurance & SOP Management**- Develop, review, and refine recruitment SOPs and workflows based on recruiter feedback, process gaps or pain points, and evolving business needs to ensure consistency, clarity and scalability
- Maintain and regularly update a centralized resource hub, including playbooks, SOPs, templates, and FAQs,



to enable recruiters to follow processes accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with hiring protocols and quality standards through routine check-ins, process audits, and ongoing training to uphold service-level expectations.
- Track and analyze recruitment performance metrics to surface trends, identify gaps, and inform quality assurance efforts and continuous process improvement across the team
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field; additional certifications in recruitment or talent management are a plus
- 1-2 years of informal or formal supervisory experience, with a track record of supporting or managing a small team of recruiters in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously while also collaborating with a team
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, including ability to handle complex enquiries and manage issues proactively
- Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in recruitment analytics and data-driven decision-making, utilizing tools and software to track key hiring metrics, optimize recruitment performance, and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
- Experience in optimizing recruitment processes and effectively managing ATS platforms to streamline workflows and enhance hiring efficiency
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Previous experience hiring in a startup is a plus
