Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Full time (40 hours per week)
On-site in Roma Norte
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Mexico City Time
**Salary**: $1000 usd monthly
Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and independent? We are looking for 2 skilled professionals to assist as customer service representative.
**Requirements**:
- C2 English level (proficient communication is essential).
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or the healthcare field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and professional client experience.
Pay: $18,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month
