Program Manager - LATAM SX & Compliance

We are looking for talented Program Managers for Amazon Marketplace. The key responsibilities for the role include:
- Owning, maintaining and driving the seller experience with key local and general stakeholders such as business, tax, legal, accounting, operations and tech.
- Provide inputs to product roadmaps based on your program insights and identified issues.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure product features are delivering at the right quality at the right time.




- Promoting data-driving decision making throughout the team.
- Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders.
- Gain support for your initiatives from stakeholders by using data and writing clear narratives, influencing peers and leadership.
- Creating goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
- Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 4+ years of experience managing programs, including overseeing key metrics, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- English proficiency: Advanced (written and spoken)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years experience in Tax, specifically in Mexico
