Responsible for Leading and mentoring a small development team within a specific task or project, side by side with hands-on development.
**What will your job look like?**:
- Guide and Mentor: Provide coaching and mentorship to software engineers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
- Estimate and Plan: Drive complexity-based estimations, provide input on resource needs and milestones, assign tasks, monitor progress, and manage risks.
- Scrum Leadership: Execute Scrum ceremonies, empower team members, and enable cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-On Development: Contribute to the development, maintenance, integration, and testing of complex software components.
- Lead Technical Reviews: Represent and lead technical design discussions and reviews.
- Ensure Quality: Enforce quality processes and standards.
- Collaborate: Participate in peer code reviews and work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Manage Team: Support team routines, provide leadership and feedback, ensure productivity, and promote engagement and motivation.
**All you need is...**:
- 6+ years of software engineering experience




- 2+ years of experience leading software engineers through project lifecycles using agile methodologies
- 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience
- 3+ years of experience with Microservices and Cloud projects
- Experience leading teams of 5 to 7 employees
- Proficiency in REST Services, Spark, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL databases (preferably Cassandra), Kafka, Helm, and JUnit
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
- Experience with CI/CD processes (preferably Jenkins), GIT, and Nexus repository
- Fluent English (at least 85% spoken)
