**Role Description**
The Trade Compliance Manager will manage compliance with trade regulations, oversee regulatory compliance, analyze data, ensure legal compliance, and manage financial aspects related to trade compliance. This position is also responsible for developing and implementing the Fiscal and Operational Strategies of Foreign Trade and Customs Compliance that are interrelated with other areas of the Company.
**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:
- Ensures Communication and Compliance with Corporate Policies regarding Foreign Trade. Proposes the best
domestic practices to the Corporation.
- Ensures that the Customs Compliance Functions of the Organization's Import and Export Operations are carried out by interrelating with the different areas.
- Plans and designs the flow of imports/exports, complying with local and other countries’ regulations. Ensures the scheduling of shipments and notifies the departments involved and the customers of the arrival dates.
- Manages, implements, and Maintains Certifications in Tax Customs (IVA / IEPS, etc.) and security (C-TPAT, OEA, etc.) in several countries.
- Establishes relations with diverse applicable Government Agencies (SE, SAT, SAGARPA, SEMARNAT, COFEPRIS, FDA, FCC, USDA, etc.).
- Manages National and International Logistic Services, Suppliers, Customs Agents, and Warehouses in Mexico and abroad.
- Manages expenses related to the Department of Foreign Trade, leads projects for continuous improvement, tax,



and cost reduction.
- Responsible for Truthfulness, Integrity, and Compliance with System Annex 24.
- Responsible for obtaining and maintaining the
Certifications and Permits applicable to companies with the IMMEX program.
- Responsible for implementing the Metrics of Foreign
Trade Operations to monitor performance and implications.
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor's degree in International Business and Trade
Compliance, or a relevant field, as a Manager
Customs Valuation and Trade Compliance skills
Experience in Customs Brokerage and Import Compliance
Familiarity with Free Trade Agreements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong communications skills in English and Spanish
Able to travel
Valid Visa to travel to the USA
