**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Marketing Team Management**:
- Oversee and coordinate marketing team efforts to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide strategic direction and support to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- **Content Creation & Design**:
- Create and edit visual assets using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Design marketing materials for web, social media, and internal use.
- Edit videos for promotional use, podcast highlights, and social media.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written content.
- **Social Media Management**:




- Develop and implement content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, Spotify
- Monitor performance and engagement, adjusting strategies as needed to boost reach and visibility.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and engaging content is shared regularly.
- **Podcast Scheduling & Guest Management**:
- Research and reach out to potential guests through LinkedIn and other channels.
- Schedule and coordinate podcast interviews, ensuring smooth communication with guests.
Pay: $15,000.00 per month
