The Senior Localization Project Manager plans and executes complex localization projects of varying scopes for multiple end clients. This might include overseeing or owning project management tasks, such as planning resources, coordinating efforts of the different parts involved, quality management, project schedule, and budgeting.
The Senior PM will be/might be in charge of managing a group of less experienced Project Managers and will work on one or more dedicated accounts and will be the primary point of client contact for all project-related matters.

Reports to: Global Program Manager
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan and schedule complex software/multimedia/marketing/documentation localization projects; evaluate and provide quotes; allocate resources; develop budget, schedule, and quality parameters
- Track project progress to ensure that quality, deliveries, and cost stay on plan.
- Manage
day-to-day
relationships with clients on project matters; provide regular status reports and proactively offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicates regularly to management, customers, project team members, and other stakeholders,



actively requesting and addressing customer and project team feedback.
- Facilitate effective communication within the project team (translators, engineers, publishers, etc.)
- Assist in business development efforts to create project proposals, providing support to sales management in costing and planning projects and with customer presentations
- Ensure completion of all project-driven administrative processes
- Assess, set, and establish staffing requirements
- Train, motivate, and manage project teams
**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5+ years’ experience in localization project management
- University degree in related field or equivalent military or professional experience
Experience working on the vendor side of localization
- Superb project management skills, including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and awareness of cross-cultural issues
- Resourceful, creative, and well-organized with an ability to prioritize and proactively offer solutions
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Leadership and supervisory skills
**DESIRABLE**
- Experience with TM Tools.
- PMP certification.
- Proficiency in at least one additional language other than English.
