- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Business Systems Analyst_ located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Business Systems Analyst will serve as the first point of contact between the customer and IT. He will record the occurrence and solution of first-level support incidents, in addition to the implementation and registration of temporary solutions to failures in IT services in production lines while a permanent solution is implemented._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Physical and technical support from the main elements of the IT services._
- _ Development of onboarding, adoption, and training plans._
- _ Build out communications templates._
- _ Come up with creative approaches to satisfy data/analysis needs._
- _ Understand the end user needs to help them use the IT services to the fullest capability._
- _ Identify growth opportunities and ensure optimum adoption of IT services._




- _ Conduct regular reviews and proactively monitor user experience KPI's._
- _ Become a trusted advisor and act as advocate for all users._
- _ Develop cadence of tech touches aligned the lifecycle: new users welcome -> onboarding -> adoption -> nurturing growth -> retention._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience._
- _ Strong client-facing and presentation skills._
- _ Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization._
- _ Creative problem solving._
- _ Strong listening skills and empathy for users and their experiences._
- _ Analytical skills._
- _ Intermediate English skills, both written and verbal._
- _ Interest in technology and confidence to demonstrate products._
- _ Database knowledge as MS SQL. (nice to have other databases knowledge)_
- _ Nice to have Development knowledge._
- _ Nice to have Networking knowledge._
