Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineering Manager located in Guadalajara, North Site.
Reporting to the Director Operations, Process Engineering Manager role involves working on capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization.
What a typical day looks like:
- Understanding of Racks Integration Assembly,
- Manage a team of engineers to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.
- Establish and improve process capabilities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations.
- Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
- Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
- Coordinate initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas, Root Cause Analysis.
- Implement appropriate strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:




- Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or any related field).
- English advanced
- Strong and clear communication
- Significant experience as Process Engineering Manager or related / Background Electronic Manufacturing industry, ideally managing teams and/or projects.
- Solid track record of successfully managing projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Strong ability to mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Ability to negotiate with CFT, Staff members, customers, etc
- Experience with automation technologies, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and smart manufacturing practices.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems specific to the electronics industry (e.g., IPC, ISO standards).
- Experience in leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align engineering processes with business objectives.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset to lead teams through changes and challenges effectively
