**Job Summary**:
Leads distribution POM operations with a focus on ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, load planning, and shipping processes.
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:
- Coordinate and monitor order processing and shipping.
- Oversee staging and dispatch of outbound freight.




- Communicate with carriers and resolve delivery issues.
- Lead team in best practices for distribution.
- Maintain shipping records (KPIS) and documentation.
**Skills**:
- Technical: TMS (Transportation Management Systems), route optimization tools, MS Office.
- Soft: Problem-solving, analytical thinking, team collaboration.
**Minimum Experience Required**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Distribution Specialist Lead or similar roles.
