**Job Summary**:
Leads a team of warehouse personnel in handling materials, and all activities related to the receipt of goods at the plant. Their objective is to ensure that products are received, inspected, and recorded efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies.. Ensures compliance with procedures and provides training and support.
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:




- Act as the senior team member on shift.
- Provide hands-on support for order receiving.
- Train new employees on SOPs and safety procedures.
- Troubleshoot inventory and shipping issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
**Skills**:
- Technical: WMS (Warehouse Management System), forklifts, barcode scanning equipment.
- Soft: Team leadership, time management, communication.
**Minimum Experience Required**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Minimun of 3 years of experience as a Receiving Lead Specialist or similar roles.
