**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Draft, review, and manage employment contracts and labor-related documentation.
- Advise HR and management on labor law compliance and dispute resolution.
- Handle all legal documentation related to corporate governance, licenses, and internal policies.
- Liaise with government authorities for company registration, compliance, and regulatory filings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal regulations and changes.
- Support in resolving any legal disputes or investigations affecting the company.
- Provide legal opinions and strategies on operational matters.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law; must be licensed to practice law in (country).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of labor and employment law, corporate law,



and administrative procedures.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in (English / Spanish / Mandarin — as applicable); additional languages a plus.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
