Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Manager located in Guadalajara North Campus.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
Here is some of what you’ll need:
- Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
- Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
- Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
- Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.




- Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
- Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.
- Coach and mentor Operations team.
- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience as Production Supervisor.
- Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).
- Experience in electronic manufacturing.
- Experience in SMT, BACKEND lines.
- Availability of schedule.
- Personnel management.
- English is also a plus.
