**About The Opportunity**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse that address business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Optimize operational workflow using Power Automate to automate complex business processes.
- Work with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to streamline operations through API integrations.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and comply with best practices and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Power Platform and integrations.




- When working with large data sets, use provided ETL tools (e.g. CloverDX or Microsoft Synapse) to transform data for analytics and business intelligence purposes.
**Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years' experience with Microsoft Power Platform; PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and Dataverse.
- Experience with managing project deliverables using management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project or similar.
- Familiar with data technologies such as Microsoft Dataverse or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 services and tools.
- Strong experience in Developer QA testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- An understanding of business analysis for process automation.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- RPA experience (Desktop RPA or UIPATH)
Desirable:
- An understanding of ETL tools and their value when working with large data sets.
- Experience with BPMN 2.0, UML, or similar.
- PowerBI Dashboards and Reporting.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Understanding of Azure cloud-based services and solutions.
