We are now Hiring for “Manager - Supply Chain Operations� role.

The Primary role will be to own, lead and manage a team that focuses on Sales order management, Logistics, Procurement and delivery Order management related operational processes. You will be responsible for operational success and delivery excellence, strategic alignment and integration of various activities. You will be applying advanced subject matter knowledge on supply chain and execute operations with excellence. You will also thrive with new challenges, seek to disrupt the status-quo and excited about creating what’s next. You need to be able to communicate at all levels of management from individual contributors to executives and explain the operational execution, execution of projects, determine priorities, scale and trade-offs.



You should also understand supply chain operating model and its process structure of Plan / Source / Make / Deliver / Return to develop cross organizational solutions that provide insights and enable decision making to their stakeholders.

Are you a high performer? We are looking for an individual with
- Overall experience of minimum 10 years with major focus on Supply Chain
- Typically 3-5 years of people management / lead experience in large general teams and / or organization
- Superior knowledge of various supply chain processes – Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Returns and strategy requirements
- Solid understanding of SAP and possess the ability to focus on day-to-day operations and support where required in Sales orders, Logistics, Procurement and delivery order management processes.
- Specific experience in SAP R/3 and S4, Services Supply chain Sales orders, forward / reverse logistics, procurement flows
- Proven track record of growth mindset leader
- Advanced strategic thinking skills
- Must have proven quantitative analytical abilities and process improvement experience in Sup
