**General Finance Specialist**
**About de role**
Support the harmonization and simplification of finance processes globally with focus on digitalizing and automating the end-to-end processes to realize efficiencies for finance operations.
**Key responsibilities**
Identify new potential areas for Process improvements
Participate in projects related to implementation of process improvements and system implementations
Support in roll-out of new releases - testing, evaluation and modification of local procedures
Support with improvement opportunities and to drive continuous improvement, optimization and automation of process
Drive or participate small to complex projects
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related (Master degree is desirable)
Fluent in English
Expertise in Finance processes (5+ years) in Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Record to Report, Controlling, Tax etc.),
Understanding of current and future Corporate Finance Processes,



Concepts and Systems.
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), or country-specific
Strong knowledge of Financial Systems, ERP software such SAP.
Use Microsoft Office products
Technical knowledge from process design, process development & process mapping tool (as Visio)
Certified Lean or Six Sigma certification, project management Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies, Tools (Microsoft project, GPM2)
