**What will you do?**
- The primary responsibility of this position is to execute and maintain the demand & supply planning for targeted customer groups.
- Maintain demand planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Analyse sales trends based on seasons, promotions, and historical sales trends.
- Manage and influence the key stakeholders in the Demand Consensus Process. Identify insights in demand that can be used to support increased revenue.
- Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demands.
- Execute product demand plans to meet organization goals.
- Implement Lead Time Reduction initiatives.
- Develop lean techniques to improve demand planning metrics and processes.
- Optimize Inventory planning according to the demand and market trends to meet cost and the service objectives.

**What are we looking for?**
**Required**:
**Education and Experience**:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or a certification in operator or vendor management, such as the APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) required.
- 4+ years of experience working in planning and inventory solutions in a manufacturing environment. (experience with high growth and new product introduction is a big plus)
- Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, such as Sales and Operations Planning, MRP, Forecasting, Demand and Supply Planning, Indirect Procurement, Materials Management and Logistics.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation. skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
- A adaptable, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself and others; easily accepts constructive input from others.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals.
- Strong analytical thinkers with problem-solving skills and mathematical abilities.
**Preferred**:
- Manufacturing experience. (HVAC a plus)
- Solving Problem Oriented.
- Strong desire of learning, benchmarking.
