**Requirements**:
We're looking for a **Human Operations Specialist** responsible for comprehensively managing talent operational processes (pre-boarding, hiring, payroll, benefits, offboarding, and immigration), ensuring legal compliance, operational accuracy, and a consistent employee experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the entire pre-boarding process (offer letters, NDAs, perks, digital and physical employee records).
- Formalize hiring processes in Mexico, Colombia, Deel, and the USA, including social security registration, SGMM/prepaid medical plans, and payroll systems setup.
- Execute and oversee payroll processes in Mexico, Colombia, Deel, and the USA,



including reviewing and processing variable inputs (bonuses, commissions, perks, overtime).
- Maintain and administer master databases for headcount, salaries, salary increases, and accruals.
- Manage offboarding processes: severance calculations, documentation, account closures, and social security deregistration.
- Coordinate immigration processes and legal visa procedures in Mexico and Colombia.
- Control and keep Option Pools and equity exercises up to date.
- Provide support for specific programs (e.g., associates, subtitlers), contract reviews, and payments.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in end-to-end HR Operations (pre-boarding, hiring, multi-country payroll, benefits, terminations).
- Advanced proficiency with tools and platforms such as Workable, Deel, GDrive Suite, (organization and management of digital employee records), Paychex and Heinsohn
- Social security platforms in Mexico and Colombia
- Knowledge of managing SGMM (Major Medical expense Insurance)/prepaid medical plans and compliance across different countries (Colombia, Mexico, USA).
- Experience working with databases and dashboards (e.g., advanced Google Sheets, pivot tables, basic automations).




- Experience in managing Option Pools and equity processes is a plus.
- Upper-intermediate English (for documentation and coordination with integral teams).
