**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Planned Maintenance Shift Engineer (straw process). In this position, you will ensure productivity and delivery from production equipment as per given methods following World Class Manufacturing methods and Quality parameters.
You will be able to rotate shifts.
The position is based in Querétaro, México and will report to straw process manager
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
**What you will do**:
As Planned Maintenance Shift Engineer (straw process), you will:
- Build daily schedule prioritization based on production needs and maintenance calendar
- Support pillar in terms of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)/Targets achievements
- Encourage World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities Planned Maintenance (PM) Autonomous Maintenance (AM) in their day-to-day teams
- Support pillar in terms of KAIs (Key Activity Indicators) execution
- Provide training on AM and maintenance routine to production team members
- Solve technical/ machine related non-routine problems.
**We believe you have**:
- Mechatronics Engineering degree or similar.




- English level intermediate
- Availability to rotate shifts
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as Maintenance Engineer/technician inside a production plant, developing same activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Knowledge and skills in automation, electronics and mechanical.
- Nice to have knowledge in WCM or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) statistics, to create-analyze databases to create different reports
- Nice to have knowledge in SAP and Power BI.
- Nice to have knowledge experience with Kaizen and Continuous Improvement teams (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or WCM)
