Serve as the primary HR contact for site operations, maintaining close communication and alignment with the client.
- Lead the HR strategy for the site, aligned with corporate goals and local operational needs.
- Manage the successful start-up of new projects, ensuring talent acquisition and HR infrastructure are in place.
- Design, implement and monitor programs to attract, retain and develop personnel effectively.
- Oversee and ensure compliance in specialized HR functions:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Compensation & Benefits
- Organizational Development
- Labor & Employee Relations
- Safety and Hygiene
- HR Administration
- **General understanding of**:
- Industrial Safety & Environmental Regulations
- P&L; / Cost Control
- Customs processes
- IT & Systems
- Purchasing and Asset Security
- Analyze and resolve complex problems with innovative solutions.
- Develop and execute action plans, programs and KPIs to achieve HR and business objectives.
- Ensure accurate and compliant HR records, systems, and reports.
- Coordinate with other departments on cross-functional matters including P&L;,



environmental compliance, customs, IT systems, purchasing and asset protection.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or maquila environment.
- Advanced English - both written and spoken.
- Experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship management.
- Proven experience in plant start-ups.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing contracts and labor compliance.
- Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office, and MS Project.
- Strong ability to work with HR systems and data analytics tools is a plus
