**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive **Safety Advocate** to promote and enforce safety protocols across customer sites and project locations. The Safety Advocate will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and management to ensure a safe working environment by identifying risks, leading safety training, and supporting compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company standards. This role is vital to protecting personnel, minimizing incidents, and fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors, employees, and management to develop and implement safety procedures and best practices.
- Lead safety training sessions and toolbox talks to promote awareness and educate personnel on safe work practices.
- Investigate safety incidents and near-misses, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Support enforcement of personal protective equipment (PPE) use and other safety requirements on site.
- Maintain and update safety records,



reports, and safety performance metrics.
- Assist in the development and communication of safety bulletins and updates to site teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety processes and culture.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, industry safety standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and training skills to effectively engage and influence diverse teams.
- Ability to perform site inspections and work in physically demanding environments.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on risk mitigation and incident prevention.
- Experience using data and metrics to analyze safety performance and drive improvements.
