**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Site Installation Lead** to work closely with multi-discipline contractors, commissioning technicians, design engineering, project management, and testing teams to lead the installation of automated equipment on customer sites. The primary goal is to ensure the equipment is installed timely, within budget, and delivered defect-free through commissioning and testing to the operations team. This role is highly visible and interacts with all departments and levels across the company, including executive management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage site-specific Requests for Information (RFIs); receive, escalate, and respond to contractor and vendor RFIs in accordance with process SLAs.
- Manage and update Golden Prerequisite (GPR) tool to maintain daily site installation progress and commissioning readiness.
- Ensure site contractors and vendors understand the scope and details of engineering bulletins; maintain bulletin matrix and validate work completion.
- Lead kickoff meetings for adapter cell project scope.
- Manage and validate contractors’ and vendors’ quality deliverables through 650 checklist sign-offs.
- Verify, record, and document missing material requests for adapter cells in the missing material matrix, including root cause analysis.




- Support Field Change Request (FCR) validation by reviewing site FCRs, resource needs, and cost impacts before purchase order issuance.
- Support commissioning team post-installation by validating system functionality with hands-on trade support to ensure efficient and cohesive commissioning for each cell.
- Perform and deliver reliability and performance checklists to ensure system functionality through commissioning.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of trade experience in electrical installation or automation installation.
- Experience supervising or managing teams and trade contractors.
- Experience with industrial/robotic automation projects and ASRS projects.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to direct technical teams and resolve competing priorities.
- Experience using metrics and data analysis to drive process improvements.
- Ability to provide critical technical thinking to address requirements, design, and process challenges at the team level.
